Refunds Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for purchases of credits on ArtifyAvatar.

Eligibility

Refund requests are considered when credits were purchased in error, duplicate charges occurred, or there are verified technical issues preventing reasonable use of the service. We may request additional information to assess eligibility.

Non-refundable cases

  • Credits already consumed to generate outputs.
  • Change of mind after a successful purchase.
  • Misuse of the service or violations of our Terms.
  • Issues caused by third-party tools, content, or connectivity outside our control.

How to request a refund

Please contact us with your order ID, purchase email, and a brief description of the issue within a reasonable time after purchase. We will review your case and respond as soon as possible.

Processing time

If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend the associated account while the dispute is investigated. To resolve issues faster, please contact us first.

Digital goods

Credits are a digital good that allow access to AI generation features. Because outputs are produced instantly, we cannot guarantee refunds after credits have been used.

Exceptions

We may, at our discretion and where required by law, offer refunds or credit adjustments in exceptional circumstances.
